LCT release R166 for DAS3 series devices rev.B1

Release notes:
1. Filtering rule with "modifitos" action: added.
2. It is possible to collect configuration information for the next functions: VLAN, PVID, MVR and Ethernet interfaces.
3. It is possible to change the Duplex mode for Ethernet interfaces.
