Procedure to use ethloader by Windows dos command: (kernel + rootfs)
 
1. Connect PC to DSM-320 with RJ-45 Ethernet wire. (cross or not doesn't matter)
2. Connect DSM-320 to TV with A/V output to check the firmware status
3. Press "factory default button (keep pressing without release)
4. Press "power on" button on the remote and within 1 sec release the "factory default button"
   * If it is successful, the power led will blink 10 times and then keep led on with NO video output
   * If it fail, DSM-320 will power on to normal mode 
5. Enter DOS command line in PC
6. Change directory to the folder with ethloader.exe and kernel (ex: DSM-1.02ww-1)
7. Run ethloader (ex: ethloader 192.168.2.12 86:95:0a:12:34:bc -f=DSM320-1.02ww-1 -b=4) (* DSM320-1.02ww = kernel)
                  * The IP should be on the same network with your PC 
   * DSM320 Power Led start slow blinking
   * PC DOS command message: trying 192.168.2.12
                             uploading image with size xxxxxx at address 40000
                             0? 188, 3 0 0; 2260
                             ...................
   * PC DOS command message stop
   * DSM320 Power Led keep slow blinking for a period of time
   * DSM320 Power Led start fast blinking for a few secs
   * DSM320 Power Led keep always on
8. Ethloader step 1 finished
   * TV display start screen as factory default
 
9. Press "factory default button (keep pressing without release)
10. Press "power on" button on the remote and within 1 sec release the "factory default button"
   * If it is successful, the power led will blink 10 times and then keep led on with NO video output
   * If it fail, DSM-320 will power on to normal mode 
11. Enter DOS command line in PC
12. Change directory to the folder with ethloader.exe and rootfs (ex: DSM-1.02ww-2)
13. Run ethloader (ex: ethloader 192.168.2.12 86:95:0a:12:34:bc -f=DSM320-1.02ww-2 -b=12) (* DSM320-1.02ww = kernel)
                  * The IP should be on the same network with your PC 
                  * Please notice, the second time -b=12 not 4
   * DSM320 Power Led start slow blinking
   * PC DOS command message: trying 192.168.2.12
                             uploading image with size xxxxxxx2 at address C0000
                             0? 188, 3 0 0; 2260
                             ...................
   * PC DOS command message stop
   * DSM320 Power Led keep slow blinking for a period of time
   * DSM320 Power Led start fast blinking for a few secs
   * DSM320 Power Led keep always on
14. Ethloader step2 finished
   * TV display start screen as factory default

15. Press setup and check if the version is correct

(* This method won't re-write MAC address)

Usage of ethloader:
     ethloader <ip> <mac> -f=<filename> -b=<offset>
      <ip>:if your ip is 192.168.2.1 ,you should set this ip to 192.168.2.X (X =1~254)
      <mac>: 86:95:0a:12:34:bc
      <filename>:The file name of the flashimage 
      <offset>:If your flashimage is 4 MB,the offset should set to 0.
      example:ethloader 192.168.2.100 86:95:0a:12:34:bc -f=flashimage -b=0
