1. If users upgrade wrong firmware in load mode it will not pop up triple error message continuously.
2. There are three known conditions may cause the unexpected “Password error” to occur while operating the SmartConsole Utility. They are listed as the following.
a. The Logitech ® SetPoint program is installed on the host PC.
b. The IBM ® TrackPoint program is installed on the host PC.
c. The infection of the “Trojan-PSW.Win32” program.
