1. Fixed link drop in AnnexM mode against Conexant based DSLAM's
2. Drop PPPoE discovery code 0xd3 packets, to avoid PPP disconnect
3. Fixed PPPoA MTU issue, that some ISP need to do MSS Clamp
4. Change MTU size applies on PPP level that ICMP big size packets will also fragment,
user must cut PPPoE header size 8 bytes by self, so max PPPoE MTU size will change from 1500 to 1492.
5. PPPoE/PPPoA IP Extension protocol (ZIPB mode) can't use in Windows Vista (fixed).
