Introduction

  This document shows you how to install the WIN Diagnostic program.

Installation Procedure
-----------------------
	
	1. Insert the D-Link released CD into the CD-ROM drive.

	2. Open the folder "<CD drive>:\Diag\Windows" then double click the setup
	   program "NICSET-2.09-DLink.exe". 
	
	3. If the version of driver you installed before is older than diagnostic
	   program provided, the following message will pop up. 
   	
	   "Would you like to update newer driver first?"

	   Click "YES" to update driver or "NO" to cancel this option.

	4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
