DES-1226G Firmware V1.02

Please note that this version firmware need two procedure to upgrade.
Please upgrade HOTFIX.HEX file firstly, then just can upgrade DES1226U.HEX file.

1 : File Name and File Size->
	1.1 Hot-Fix file: HOTFIX.HEX (1,261,717bytes)        
	1.2 New FW file: DES1226U.HEX (1,261,717bytes) 
       
2 : Release Note:
	DES-1226G   Release Note (Firmware Version 1.02):
	1. Keep the setting of Combo Port:  Separate Fiber Port and Copper Pairs Port  Setting  for  Port Speed.
	2. Disable Flow Control for user's original configuration.
	3. The default Flow Control configuration is disabled when factory reset.
