Problems Resolved:
1. Fix the security issues recently reported for unauthorized system access.
2. Fix one extra line of vlan tagged command when showing configuration file.
3. Originally users can set 128.0.x.x IP addresses via CLI, but can not set those IP addresses via WEB UI. Actually 128.0.x.x are reserved IP addresses specified by RFC “internet numbers” and should not be set no matter via either way. This F/W version removes the ability of setting 128.0.x.x IP in CLI by following the standard.
4. When set the static MAC and enable port security function, PC can't connect to the L3 interface.
5. Fix 100% CPU utilization problem when IGMP Snooping enabled. 
6. Can not set ACL when using D-View module. 

Enhancements:
Limit the access by passwords generated by "D-Link PWD calculator".
Before, if customers forgot their configured passwords, D-Link could generate passwords based on the MAC addresses provided by customers via D-Link HQ maintained PWD calculator. Thus customers can use those "backdoor" passwords via telnet/ web/ console to logon to their switch again.
Now the access of those passwords generated by "D-Link PWD calculator" will be limited to console access only.
This is to minimize the security concern.
