2. There are three known conditions may cause the unexpected “Password error” to occur while operating the SmartConsole Utility. They are listed as the following.
a. The Logitech ® SetPoint program is installed on the host PC.
b. The IBM ® TrackPoint program is installed on the host PC.
c. The infection of the “Trojan-PSW.Win32” program.
