DGS-3212SR Firmware 2.00B09 (June 17, 2004)

Fixes:
1. Web TCP port doesn't work (only happened on 2.00B08)
2. Console Lockup/System Hangup when uploading the "log" to TFTP server if log is big. 

Notice:
DGS3212SR 2.xx firmware if stacking with slave DES-3226S units, 
   the Des3226S firmware must be 4.01Bxx or later versions.

+ Boot PROM and hardware version do not display in the web, but are in the CLI.
+ Cannot config Link Aggreagation based on IP Algorithm through web.
+ IP Setting location on web page wasn't consistent with other models.
